Hunter or Farmer is in an open beta run by PocketCrew LLC. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it. (This is a beta policy and may be updated as the product develops.)

What the assessment measures

The test measures work style — preferences and behaviors relevant to sales roles. It is not a medical or psychological examination, and it does not assess mental health, intelligence, or your personal life.

What we collect

• Your answers to the assessment and the resulting profile.
• Optional background questions (your role type, years of experience, and self-ratings).
• The first name or initials you choose to enter — you may use initials or stay anonymous.
• Basic technical data needed to deliver the test (e.g., that a submission occurred).

How we use it

During the beta, responses are used to calibrate and improve the assessment — checking that questions are clear, fair, and measure what they're meant to measure.

Who sees your results

If you took it for yourself — or as an employer trying out the tool — your results are yours alone. They are not shared with anyone and are not used to make any decision about you.

If an employer invited you as part of a hiring or placement process, that employer receives a version of your results — including the role-fit profile and the background answers you provided — to help match you to a role that fits your natural sales style. You also receive your own copy. In that case the result is one input into the employer's decision, never the sole basis for one, and it does not measure your intelligence, character, or worth.

Your choices

• You always receive your own results.
• Background questions are optional and don't change your result.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.
